摘要
目的分析冠状动脉CT血管造影诊断心肌桥的临床价值。方法选择2018年12月至2019年11月我院接诊的疑似冠心病患者120例为研究对象,随机均分为两组分别接受CT血管造影和数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,以出院诊断结果为参照,对比两组心肌桥检出率和诊断准确率。结果CT血管造影心肌桥检出率高于DSA(45.0%vs.30.0%,P=0.026)。CT血管造影心肌桥诊断准确率高于DSA(95.0%vs.76.7%,P=0.027)。结论相比DSA,CT血管造影诊断心肌桥的检出率更高,诊断结准确率更高,临床应用价值较好。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of coronary CT angiography for the diagnosis of myocardial bridges.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with suspected coronary artery disease received by our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into two groups to receive CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)respectively,and compared the detection rate of myocardial bridges and diagnostic accuracy rate of the two groups with the diagnostic results of hospital discharge as the reference.Results The detection rate of myocardial bridges was higher in CT angiography than in DSA(45.0%vs.30.0%,P=0.026).The diagnostic accuracy of myocardial bridges was higher in CT angiography than in DSA(95.0%vs.76.7%,P=0.027).Conclusions Compared with DSA,CT angiography has a higher detection rate of myocardial bridges,a higher diagnostic knot accuracy,and a better clinical application value.
