摘要
目的探讨预见性护理在急诊ICU肺部感染患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2020年4月至2022年7月就诊的肺部感染患者126例,根据护理方法不同分为研究组和常规组,各63例。常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上联合预见性护理治疗,比较两组肺部感染时间、出急诊ICU时间、住院时间、疾病严重程度(APACHEⅡ)、情绪状态(SAS、SDS)、并发症发生情况、护理满意度及生活质量。结果研究组肺部感染时间、急诊ICU入住时间均短于常规组(均P<0.05);干预后研究组SAS、SDS、APACHEⅡ评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后3个月,研究组生活质量各项评分及总分均高于常规组(均P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率3.17%低于常规组12.70%,护理满意度95.24%高于常规组84.13%(均P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可缓解急诊ICU肺部感染患者病情程度,改善情绪状态,减轻肺部感染,降低并发症发生风险,促进患者病情康复,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing in patients with pulmonary infection in Emergency ICU(EICU).Methods A total of 126 patients with pulmonary infection were selected from our hospital from April 2020 to July 2022,and were divided into study group(n=63)and routine group(n=63)according to different nursing methods.Routine nursing intervention was used in the routine group,and the study group combined predictive nursing treatment on the basis of the routine group.The time of pulmonary infection rehabilitation,time of EICU stay,severity of disease(APACHEⅡ),emotional state(SAS,SDS),complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The lung infection rehabilitation time,EICU stay time of the study group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and APACHEII in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 3 months after intervention,the scores of each itemand total score of quality of life in the studygroup were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total complication rate of the study group was 3.17%lower than that of the conventional group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.24%higher than that of the conventional group,84.13%(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing can alleviate the severity of EICU lung infection,improve emotional state,reduce lung infection,reduce the risk of complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients,but also improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
