摘要
目的分析慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者实施护理风险管理模式的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年5月厦门大学附属第一医院的76例慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者,根据护理方式差异分为两组,对照组实施常规护理措施干预,研究组实施护理风险管理干预,对比分析两组干预前后自护能力评分、肝功能指标(AST、ALT、TBil)及生活质量评分改善情况。结果两组干预前自护能力评分、肝功能指标水平及各项生活质量评分相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后以上指标均改善(P<0.05),且研究组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能有效提高慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者的自护能力和生活质量,促进患者肝功能水平改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing nursing risk management model in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected from August 2021 to May 2023,and were divided into two groups according to the differences in the nursing approaches,with the control group implementing conventional nursing measures interventions and the research group implementing nursing risk management interventions,and comparing and analyzing the scores of self-care ability,liver function indicators(AST,ALT,TBil)and quality of life scores before and after the intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the self-care ability score,liver function indexes and quality of life scores of the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the above indexes were improved after the nursing care(P<0.05),and the self-care ability score,liver function indexes and quality of life scores of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing risk management can effectively improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure,and promote the improvement of patients'liver function level.
