超级微波消解-ICP-OES法测定蓝莓中7种营养元素

摘要 本文建立了超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry,ICP-OES)同时测定蓝莓中钾、钙、镁、铁、磷、铜和锌7种营养元素的方法。实验结果表明,7种元素的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99973~0.99998,样品加标回收率在94.7%~103.0%,RSD在0.62%~6.50%,满足GB/T 27404—2008的相关要求。该方法试剂消耗量少、简单快速、测定准确,可同时测定蓝莓浆果中7种营养元素。 This article establishes a method for the simultaneous determination of potassium,calcium,magnesium,iron,phosphorus,copper,and zinc in blueberries using super microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The experimental results show that the linear relationship between the seven elements is good,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.99973 to 0.99998.The sample recovery rate is 94.7%to 103.0%,and the RSD is 0.62%to 6.50%,meeting the relevant requirements of GB/T 27404—2008.This method has low reagent consumption,is simple,fast,and accurate,and can simultaneously determine 7 nutrient elements in blueberry berries.
