摘要
为保证粮食质量,需要对粮食储存环境进行监控,定期观察粮食品质的变化情况,防止粮食发生腐坏变质现象。本文结合粮库实际情况,介绍常见的粮食水分、质量检验、脂肪酸值的快速检测技术,分析各类快速检测方法的优缺点,结合日常使用经验,总结各种快速检测技术的应用范围,为基层粮库粮食水分、质量检验、脂肪酸值检验提供参考。
In order to ensure the quality of grain,it is necessary to monitor the grain storage environment,regularly observe the changes of grain quality,and prevent the deterioration of grain.Based on the actual situation of grain depots,this paper introduces the rapid detection technology of common grain moisture,quality inspection and fatty acid value,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various rapid detection methods,and summarizes the application scope of various rapid detection technologies in combination with daily use experience,so as to provide reference for grain moisture,quality inspection and fatty acid value inspection in grassroots grain depots.
