摘要
阐述了无油螺杆压缩机在运行期间,为了避免齿轮箱中润滑油沿着主轴颈窜入压缩腔的三种常用方法、结构。通过技术对比,选取其中合适的一种方案,并在此基础上进行升级、改造,加入“压缩腔自动干燥”功能。经过实践,此系统能够降低无油螺杆压缩机在实际运行中的故障率,提高了压缩机运行稳定性。
Three common methods and structures for avoiding lubricating oil in the gearbox from flowing into the compression chamber along the main journal during the operation of oil-free screw compressor were specified in the paper.Through technical comparison,one suitable solution which added the function of compression chamber automatic drying was selected based on its upgrade and transform.Through practice,the system can reduce the failure rates and improve the running stability of oil-free screw compressor during actural opration.
