摘要
剥麻机的机架对剥麻机的整机性能有重要的影响。为避免剥麻机工作过程中机架出现结构强度不足和共振问题,采用solidworks软件建立4BM-250型苎麻剥麻机机架的三维模型,基于ANSYS-Workbench软件对剥麻机机架进行静力学分析与模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:机架在静载荷下的最大位移为0.14 mm,最大应力为23.71 Mpa,最大应力小于机架材料结构钢的屈服强度极限,因此机架结构在条件载荷下的强度和刚度满足设计要求。模态分析结果表明:机架前6阶的固有频率为0,7~12阶模态的频率为25.28~89.58 Hz,柴油机转子的运动频率与机架的第8阶固有频率在同一区间范围。对照第8阶频率的振动类型及变形特点对机架模型进行改进优化,并对优化后的模型进行模态分析,结果表明:机架的前1~6阶模态的振动频率为0,第7~12阶模态的频率分别为17.92、35.56、44.56、53.94、57.41、70.25 Hz。对比改进前,改进后模型的各模态频率均有所下降,平均下降15.81%,且各阶模态下的变形均较小,主要部件变形量均在10 mm以下,改进后的结构综合力学性能有明显提升。该研究可为机械结构部件的研发设计提供参考。
The frame of a fiber crops decorticating machine had an significant impact on the overall performance of the machine.In order to avoid insufficient structural strength and resonance of the frame during the working process of the machine.The three-dimensional model of the frame of 4BM-250 ramie decorticator was established by using solidworks software,and the simplified model was imported into the ANSYS Workbench for static and modal analysis of the frame.The results of static analysis showed that the maximum displacement and maximum stress of the frame under static load are 0.14 mm and 2371 Mpa.It is less than the yield strength limit of structural steel of the frame material.Therefore,the strength and rigidity of the frame structure under the condition load can meet the design requirements.The modal analysis results showed that the natural frequency range of the first 6 steps of the frame was 0,the frequency of the 7-12 steps of the mode was 25.28-89.58 Hz,and the motion frequency of the diesel engine rotor was in the same range as the 8th step natural frequency of the frame.According to the vibration types and deformation characteristics of the 8th step frequency,the frame model was improved and optimized,and modal analysis was conducted on the optimized model.The analysis results showed that the vibration frequencies of the first 1-6th order modes of the frame were 0,and the frequencies of the 7th to 12th order modes were 17.92,35.56,44.56,53.94,57.41 and 70.25,respectively.Compared with the previous improvement,the frequency of each mode of the improved model had decreased,an average decrease was 15.81%,and the deformation under each mode was smaller,the deformation of main components was below 10 mm.Compared to the structure before improvement,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the improved structure have been significantly improved,the research can provide reference for the research and design of mechanical structural components.
