摘要
在实际抽检过程中,蔬菜和水果的分类与判定标准不同,导致后续检验方法的选择存在一定问题。为保障抽检工作的顺利开展,本文对不同标准中蔬菜及水果的分类进行梳理,从标准出发,提出在抽检过程中的工作要点,为市场监管工作提供依据。
In the actual sampling process,the classification and determination criteria of vegetables and fruits are different,which leads to some problems in the selection of subsequent inspection methods.In order to ensure the smooth development of sampling inspection,this paper combs the classification of vegetables and fruits in different standards,and puts forward the key points of work in the process of sampling inspection from the standard,so as to provide the basis for market supervision.
