离子色谱法测定水中碘化物含量不确定评定

摘要 利用离子色谱法对水中碘化物含量进行测定,从标准物质本身、标准物质的稀释、工作曲线拟合、样品重复测定、加标回收和主要仪器等6个方面对碘化物测定的不确定度进行评定,结果表明:工作曲线拟合产生的不确定影响最大,其次为加标回收和标准物质的稀释过程,标准物质本身、样品重复测定和主要仪器产生的不确定较小。当样品中碘化物含量为1.01 mg/L时,扩展不确定为0.05 mg/L,k=2。 Determination of iodide content in water by ion chromatography,the uncertainty of the determination of iodide was evaluated from the six aspects of the standard material itself,the dilution of the standard substance,the working curve fitting,the repeated determination of the sample,the recovery of the standard,and the main instrument,the results showed that the uncertainty introduced by working curve fitting was the most significant,followed by the recovery of standard material and the dilution process of standard material.The standard substance itself,the repeated measurement of the sample,and the uncertainty of the introduction of the main instruments were smaller.When the iodide content in the sample was 1.01mg/L,the expansion uncertainty was 0.05mg/L,k=2.
