采用组合捕收剂提高铜精矿中金的回收率试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 福建省某铜矿石采用石灰抑硫浮铜过程中,在铜硫分离过程中强压黄铁矿势必造成了金的损失,在不改变原工艺流程的基础上,采用组合药剂丁铵黑药+Y89来加强对金的捕收效果,最终组合捕收剂丁铵黑药+Y89闭路试验结果可获得含铜21.14%、含金2.39 g/t、铜回收率90.22%、金回收率51.36%的铜精矿,比单独丁铵黑药闭路试验指标铜精矿中金回收率提高了4~5个百分点,表明该类型铜矿石添加Y89对金的捕收有较明显的促进作用。 In the process of using lime to suppress sulfur and float copper in a copper ore in Fujian Province,the strong pressure of pyrite in the process of copper and sulfur separation will inevitably lead to the loss of gold.On the basis of not changing the original flowsheet,the combined agent ammonium butyl black medicine+Y89 is used to enhance the gold collection effect.The final closed-circuit test results of combined collector ammonium butyl black powder+Y89 can obtain copper concentrate containing copper 21.14%,gold 2.39g/t,copper recovery of 90.22%,gold recovery of 51.36%,which is 4~5 percentage points higher than that of single ammonium butyl black powder closed-circuit test index copper concentrate.The results show that Y89 collector can be added to the copper ore to promote the gold collection obviously.
