地面装饰材料上尿渍足迹的可见激光检验

摘要 探索可见激光荧光照相显现地面装饰材料上尿渍足迹的可行性,为犯罪现场尿渍足迹的搜寻与直接提取提供参考。根据光致发光原理,将405 nm紫色激光、445 nm蓝色激光、520 nm紫色激光分别作为激发光源,以EL3imaging全光谱中15种波段作为接收滤光镜,对地砖、地板革、木地板这3类27种地面装饰材料上的尿渍足迹进行激光检验;创建Matlab程序,利用灰度荧光亮度标准差指标定量评判样本尿渍足迹显现效果。发现利用445 nm蓝色激光激发,530 nm波段滤光镜接收,可直接显现对尿液吸附性好的承痕客体上的尿渍足迹样本,直接显出有效率为100%;对尿液吸附性差的承痕客体上的尿渍足迹样本,尿渍斑迹发现率为100%。结果表明地面装饰材料对尿液的吸附性决定尿渍足迹形成的完整性;可见激光荧光照相能够用于地面装饰材料上尿渍足迹、尿渍斑迹的显现。 The feasibility of visible laser fluorescence photography for displaying urine stain footprints on floor decoration material was explored,providing reference for the search and direct extraction of urine stain footprint at crime scenes.According to the photoluminescence principle,a 405 nm purple laser,a 445 nm blue laser and a 520 nm purple laser were used as the excitation light source,and 15 bands of EL3imaging were utilized as the receiving filter to detect the urine stain footprints on 27 kinds of floor decoration materials,including floor tiles,floor leather and wood flooring.The Matlab program was created to quantitatively evaluate the effect of urine stain footprint development by the standard deviation of gray-scale fluorescence luminance.It was found that the urine stain footprint samples on the object with good urine absorption could be directly displayed when excited by blue laser at 445 nm and received by filter at 530 nm band,with the effective rate of 100%.The detection rate of urine stains was 100%for the urine stains on the trace object with poor urine absorption.The results showed that the absorbability of floor decoration materials towards urine determined the integrity of urine footprint formation,and visible laser fluorescence photography could be used for the development of urine footprints and urine stains on the floor decoration materials.
