电晕放电下三氟甲基磺酰氟的分解特性与成因分析

Decomposition Characteristics and By-product Formation of Trifluoromethyl Sulfonyl Fluoride Under Corona Discharge

摘要 为了深入研究三氟甲基磺酰氟(CF_(3)SO_(2)F)及其混合气体的分解特性,该文实施了针−板电极的电晕放电试验,结合气相色谱−质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC/MS)技术检测了原始CF_(3)SO_(2)F、CF_(3)SO_(2)F以及40%CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2)分解组分,并采用量子化学在理论上分析了CF_(3)SO_(2)F的分解路径及主要分解组分的形成原因。实验结果表明,在该实验条件下CF_(3)SO_(2)F与混合气体的电晕放电分解组分相同,主要有CO_(2),CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(2)F_(6)O_(3),SO_(2),SOF_(2)和SO_(2)F_(2)等,未检测到含有氮元素的产物。计算结果表明,CF_(3)SO_(2)F裂解会产生F—,O,CF_(3)—和CF_(2)等自由基,CF_(4)和C_(2)F_(6)主要是由CF_(3)SO_(2)F初步裂解出的CF_(3)—自由基所生成,复合过程为一次反应,无需活化能并对外界放出能量;C_(2)F_(6)O_(3)的形成主要与O2、CF_(3)—自由基和O自由基有关;SO_(2),SOF_(2)和SO_(2)F_(2)等硫化物的生成则需要经过多次的裂解和复合。该研究可为CF_(3)SO_(2)F的分解特性以及产物形成原因提供参考。 In order to study the decomposition characteristics of trifluoromethyl sulfonyl fluoride(CF_(3)SO_(2)F)and its gas mixtures,we carried out corona discharge tests using needle-plate electrodes.Based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)technology,CF_(3)SO_(2)F pure gas,CF_(3)SO_(2)F and 40%CF_(3)SO_(2)F/N_(2) decomposition by-products were detected.Then,the decomposition path of CF_(3)SO_(2)F and the formation of the main decomposition by-products were analyzed by the quantum chemistry theory.The experimental results show that the decomposition by-products of CF_(3)SO_(2)F mainly include CO_(2),CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(2)F_(6)O_(3),SO_(2),SOF_(2),and SO_(2)F_(2) under corona discharge which are the same as those of mixed gases,and no products containing element N are found.The calculated results show that CF_(3)SO_(2)F will be cleaved to produce F—,O,CF_(3)—and CF_(2) free radicals.CF_(4) and C_(2)F_(6) are primarily formed from the initial decomposition of CF_(3)SO_(2)F,which generates CF_(3)—free radical.The composite process is a one-step reaction that does not require activation energy and releases energy to the surroundings.The formation of C_(2)F_(6)O_(3) is mainly related to O2,CF_(3)—and O.The formation of sulfur compounds such as SO_(2),SOF_(2),and SO_(2)F_(2) requires multiple cracking and recombination.This study can provide references for the decomposition characteristics of CF_(3)SO_(2)F and the reasons for product formation.
