摘要
本文通过对新型科研机构不同本质观进行比较,提出新型科研机构的本质是产学研深度融合的联合创新体,并从学理层面剖析其运行机制,明确了新型科研机构的功能定位与内在机理,探索了新型科研机构在不同发展阶段的主要功能定位,提出了新型科研机构的多元发展模式。
This paper compares the different essential views of new R&D institutions and proposes that the essence of new R&D institutions is a joint innovation body deeply integrated with industry,academia,and research.It analyzes its operating mechanism from a theoretical perspective,clarifies the functional positioning and internal mechanism of new R&D institutions,explores the main functional positioning of new R&D institutions in different development stages,and proposes a diversified development mode of new R&D institutions.
