摘要
目的探究宫腔镜诊治术在治疗患者异常子宫出血的优势,确定此类疾病最佳诊疗方案,为临床实践提供决策性指导。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月张家港市第五人民医院妇产科收治的异常子宫出血患者40例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其划分成2组,即常规组与观察组,每组20例,对照组实行常规诊刮术治疗,观察组实行宫腔镜诊治术和诊刮术治疗,就治疗前后组间性激素指标、体征指标、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率及临床效果情况予以比较。结果观察组患者临床效果(100.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.657,P<0.05)。相较于对照组(20.00%),观察组患者头晕、恶心、乳房胀痛等不良反应发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜诊治术和诊刮术对异常子宫出血患者具有良好的治疗效果,不仅能够有效改善患者临床症状、提升其生活质量,且不会对患者雌激素产生影响,其安全性水平较高,在实际诊治异常子宫出血患者时应优先使用。
Objective To explore the advantages of hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,determine the best treatment plan for this disease,and provide decision-making guidance for clinical prac‐tice.Methods A total of 40 patients diagnosed with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected as the reaserch subjects admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhangjiagang Fifth People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,and they were divided into 2 groups named control group and observation group according to random number table method,and 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional curettage treatment,and patients in the observation group treated with hysteroscopy and curettage.Sex hormone indexes,physical signs,quality of life scores,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical effects were compared between groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical effect in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.657,P<0.05).Compared with the control group(20.00%),the inci‐dence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea and breast tenderness in the observation group was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic diagnosis and treatment and curettage have good therapeutic effect on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,which can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life,but also will not effect the estrogen in patients,which has a high safety level,and should be used first in the actual diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.
