摘要
目的针对妊娠晚期孕妇分娩结局展开分析,探讨对其分娩结局的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年12月广州市花都区妇幼保健院诊治的184例妊娠中、晚期孕妇的临床资料,根据妊娠结果分为妊娠良好组和妊娠不良组,对孕妇的分娩结局对比。结果两组孕妇的平均年龄、平均孕次、平均产次、体质指数、先天性心脏病及心肌病变、吸烟饮酒史比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠期高血压、妊娠期甲亢、妊娠期糖尿病以及贫血情况比较,妊娠良好组优于妊娠不良组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压、妊娠期甲亢、妊娠期糖尿病以及贫血是妊娠结局的危险因素(OR=3.626、1.511、1.463、1.335,P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠期中、晚期孕妇,妊娠期高血压、妊娠期甲亢、妊娠期糖尿病以及贫血,增加孕妇不良结局的风险。
Objective To analyze the delivery outcomes of pregnant women in late pregnancy,and to explore the risk factors for their delivery outcomes.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 184 preg‐nant women in the middle and third trimester of pregnancy diagnosed and treated in Huadu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangzhou City from January 2021 to December 2022.According to the pregnancy results,they were divided into good pregnancy group and bad pregnancy group,and the delivery outcomes of pregnant women were compared.Results There was no significant difference in mean age,mean pregnancy number,mean delivery time,body mass index,congenital heart disease and cardiomyopathy,smoking and drinking history between two groups(P>0.05).The prevalence of hypertension in pregnancy,hyperthyroidism in pregnancy,diabetes mellitus in pregnancy,and anemia were significantly lower in the good pregnancy group compared to the bad pregnancy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Hypertension in pregnancy,hyperthyroidism in pregnancy,diabetes mellitus in pregnancy as well as anemia were risk factors for pregnancy outcome(OR=3.626,1.511,1.463,1.335,P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women in the middle and late stages of pregnancy,gestational hypertension,hyperthyroidism in pregnancy,gestational diabetes mellitus,and anemia increase the risk of adverse maternal out‐comes.
