摘要
目的分析聚合酶链反应检验诊断肺结核的准确性。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月于长春市传染病医院诊治的90例疑似肺结核患者作为研究对象,均进行结核菌素皮肤试验和聚合酶链反应检验,以综合诊断为金标准,对比不同检验方式下的诊断效能。结果90例疑似肺结核患者经临床综合诊断确诊89例,占比98.89%,聚合酶链反应检验阳性检出率为94.44%,明显高于结核菌素皮肤试验的85.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.766,P=0.029)。聚合酶链反应检验灵敏度95.50%、准确度95.56%与结核菌素皮肤试验相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.087、6.172,P=0.013、0.012)。结论在肺结核早期诊断中,应用聚合酶链反应进行检验,可以获取较高的检验准确度,和结核菌素皮肤试验相比,更具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the accuracy of polymerase chain reaction test in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 90 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated and treated in Changchun Infectious Disease Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.Tuberculin skin test and polymerase chain reaction test were performed on all of them.Comprehensive diagnosis was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy under different test methods.Results Among 90 suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients,89 cases were confirmed by clinical comprehensive diagnosis,accounted for 98.89%,and the positive detection rate of polymerase chain reaction test was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of tuberculin skin test(85.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.766,P=0.029).The sensitivity and accuracy of PCR test were 95.50%and 95.56%respectively compared with tuberculin skin test,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.087,6.172,P=0.013,0.012).Conclusion In the early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,the application of polymerase chain reaction test can obtain higher accuracy,and has more clinical application value than the tuberculin skin test.
