摘要
压电陶瓷负载通过逆压电效应原理来工作,负载的驱动电压往往采用交流输出。通过改变交流输出的电压幅值,可以实现基于压电陶瓷的悬臂梁的摆动幅度控制,往往用于扰流、主动散热等工程领域。调幅控制若采用模拟挡位控制,会存在切换电流应力大,可选的摆幅有限,且成本较高。提出一种虚拟隔离的数字控制PWM占空比调节方法,通过控制母线电压反馈环路的电流大小,实现输出电压的无级调节,也解决了切换时电流应力大的问题。该方案实现了在12 V输入电压时,交流输出电压峰峰值可以在12 V~430 V之间任意动态可调,成本较低,同时也对整体转换效率进行了分析。
Piezoelectric ceramic loads work through the principle of inverse piezoelectric effect,and the driving voltage of the load often adopts AC output.By changing the voltage amplitude of the AC output,the swing amplitude control of a cantilever beam based on piezoelectric ceramics can be achieved,often used in engineering fields such as turbulence and active heat dissipation.If analog gear control is used for amplitude modulation control,there will be high switching current stress,limited optional swing,and high cost.Proposes a virtual isolation digital controlled PWM duty cycle regulation method,which achieves stepless regulation of output voltage by controlling the current size of the bus voltage feedback loop,and also solves the problem of high current stress during switching.This scheme realizes that the peak to peak value of AC output voltage can be dynamically adjustable between 12 V and 430 V at 12 V input,with low cost,and also analyzes the overall conversion efficiency.
