摘要
倒立式风管机采用吸风式系统方案,箱体内部凝露问题成为空调设计中的重点问题。该研究对空调箱体内部凝露问题的产生原因和解决方案进行了分析。首先通过分析凝露发生位置及现象,确定形成凝露的主要机理;实验测试箱体内部的温度场,确定了换热器设计上存在分流不均的问题,导致换热不均,存在湿热空气,成为导致凝露的主要因素;然后结合CFD仿真技术模拟内部流场,确认了蜗壳底部存在涡流,湿热气体汇聚在蜗壳底部形成凝露;根据机器内流场制定导风板缓解换热器因分流和重力影响下换热不均导致的温场分层现象,并进一步通过实验验证了方案的可行性,最终解决箱体内部凝露的问题,并实际应用到产品上。
The inverted air duct machine adopts the suction system scheme.The condensation problem inside the box has become the key problem in the air conditioning design.The causes and solutions of condensation problems in the air conditioning box were analyzed.Firstly,the main mechanism of condensation formation was determined by analyzing the location and phenomenon of condensation.The temperature field inside the chamber was tested in the experiment,and it was determined that there was a problem of uneven shunt in the design of heat exchanger,which led to uneven heat transfer and the presence of hot and humid air,which became the main factor leading to condensation.Then the CFD simulation technology was used to simulate the internal flow field,and it was confirmed that there was eddy current at the bottom of the volute,and the hot and humid gas converged at the bottom of the volute to form condensation.According to the flow field in the machine,the air guide plate is formulated to alleviate the temperature field stratification phenomenon caused by the uneven heat transfer under the influence of shunt and gravity.The feasibility of the scheme is further verified through experiments,and the problem of condensation inside the box is finally solved,and it is applied to the product.
