以双零箔为基础的电池箔技术开发与稳定化

摘要 针对在高的产品技术要求下如何快速实现电池箔的量产化和稳定化的问题,本文以8000系双零箔的产品特点为出发点,在简要介绍了8000系双零箔与电池箔在生产工艺流程、力学性能、产品尺寸及产品质量等方面的异同点之后,说明了在8000系双零箔的基础上,通过解决电池箔表面针孔问题、提高电池箔表面清洁度、解决厚度问题、提高板形质量等方法快速实现电池箔的技术开发并实现稳定化。 The question of how to quickly achieve mass production and stabilization of battery foils under high product technology requirements is addressed.The product characteristics of the 8000 series double-zero foil are used as a starting point.The similarities and differences between 8000 series double-zero foil and battery foil in terms of the production process,mechanical properties,product dimensions,and product quality are briefly explained.8000 series double-zero foil is used as the basis.Solving cell foil surface pinhole problems,improving cell foil surface cleanliness,solving thickness problems,and improving board shape quality are used as methods.These methods were used to rapidly implement the technology development and stabilization of the battery foil.
