陆军飞行人员战训效能维护的医学研究动态与展望

Research status and prospect of maintenance of operational and training efficiency in army aviators

摘要 陆军航空兵作为陆军高技术主战兵种,在“机动作战、立体攻防”战略要求下,已成为维护我国战略安全的新锐新质力量。面对陆军战机升级换代和实战化训练的新形势,飞行人员在战训耦合模式下飞行作业与环境损伤不容忽视,其卫勤保障体系创新也迫在眉睫。为此,本文在系统分析陆军飞行人员战训损伤的主要因素基础上,立足陆军飞行人员伤病谱和卫勤保障现状,明确制约陆军飞行人员战训效能的瓶颈问题,提出提升陆军飞行人员战训效能的潜在对策,旨在健全陆军航空卫生保障体系、完善卫生保障法规制度、深研航空医学关键问题、深化基层航空卫生保障条件建设及强化陆军航空医学专业人才培养,为陆军飞行人员战训效能提升提供借鉴和启示。 As a high-tech combat arm,army aviation corps has emerged as a new force for maintaining our country′s strategic security under the strategic requirements of"mobile operations,three-dimensional attack and defense".In front of upgrade and update of army fighters and practical training,the injuries of operational environment cannot be ignored for the pilots under the mode of combat-training integration.And,there is an urgent need for innovation in the aeromedical support system.Therefore,we systematically analyze the main factors for combat-training injuries,consider the injury and disease spectrum and current situation of medical support,and then identify the bottleneck problems which restrict the operational efficiency of army aviation pilots.Then we bring forward the countermeasures to improve their operational efficiency,and provide reference and inspiration for the improvement in army aviators,aiming at establishing a sound support system for army aviation,improving regulations and policies concerning medical support,conducting in-depth research on key issues,deepening the construction of grassroots aviation medical support and strengthening professional talent training.
