小组教学模式在麻醉科带教中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的探究麻醉科带教中应用小组教学模式的应用有效性。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月南京医科大学无锡医学中心麻醉科实习医生68名,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34名,对照组提供常规带教模式,观察组提供小组教学模式,对比两组麻醉科实习医生的带教成绩、带教满意度。结果观察组实习医生的带教成绩(基础知识、理解记忆、临床应用、综合分析、总分)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医生带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉科带教中应用小组教学模式的效果突出,可以提升实习医生的带教成绩、带教满意度。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the application of group teaching mode in anesthesia teaching.Methods A total of 68 anesthesiologists Department of Anesthesiology in Wuxi Medical Center of Nanjing Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was given group teaching mode.The teaching results and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching achievement(basic knowledge,understanding and memory,clinical application,comprehensive analysis,total score)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of group teaching mode in anesthesia teaching is prominent,which can improve the teaching performance and teaching satisfaction of interns.
