摘要
目的探析人性化管理模式在健康管理中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年4月—2023年4月赤峰市医院健康管理中心20名护理人员为研究对象,展开回顾性分析,按照管理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组10名。对照组实施常规管理措施,观察组实施人性化管理措施,对比两组护理人员综合护理水平以及对管理方式的满意度。结果观察组的综合护理水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对管理方式的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在健康管理中心护理管理中应用人性化管理模式能够有效提升护理人员的综合护理水平,提升其对管理方式的满意度,应用价值高。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management model in nursing management of health management center.Methods 20 nursing staff from Chifeng Hospital Health Management Center from April 2022 to April 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods,with 10 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine management measures,the observation group implemented humanized management measures,compared the comprehensive nursing level of the two groups of nursing staff,compared the satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff on the management mode.Results The comprehensive nursing level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management mode in the nursing management of health management center can effectively improve the comprehensive nursing level of nursing staff,improve their satisfaction with the management mode,and has high application value.
