摘要
阳光玫瑰葡萄采后贮藏期间易发生褐变、果肉软化等品质劣变现象,随着保鲜技术研究的深入,阳光玫瑰葡萄采后品质劣变现象有所延缓,但仍存在研究较少、方法单一的问题。综述了国内外阳光玫瑰葡萄采后贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展,包括物理、化学、生物技术,以期为阳光玫瑰葡萄的采后贮藏保鲜提供参考。
Shine Muscat grape are prone to quality deterioration such as browning,browning and flesh softening during postharvest storage.With the rise of research on preservation technology,the postharvest quality deterioration of Shine Muscat grape has been delayed,but there are still problems of less research and single methods.This paper collated the research progress of postharvest storage and preservation technology of sunny rose grapes at home and abroad,including physical,chemical and biological techniques,in order to provide reference for postharvest storage and preservation of Shine Muscat grape.
