摘要
水泥路面作为农村公路典型的路面结构,具有体量大、线形复杂、距离构建筑物近等特点。为解决传统碎石化对周围构筑物影响大、再生均匀性差等问题。基于环保和资源再生利用理念,研发新型碎石化再生设备,同时研究再生水稳机理。研究结果表明,研制的新型碎石化再生设备XLZ2305C可实现旧水泥路面的均匀破碎。提出了旧水泥路面再生机理和再生水稳工艺流程。依托农村公路提档升级工程,进行了新型碎石化再生水稳工程的应用,且再生水稳基层质量均满足规范要求。新型碎石化再生设备的再生效率高、再生水稳基层质量好,针对大体量的农村公路养护工程,具有较好的推广应用前景。
Cement pavement,as a typical pavement structure of rural roads,has the characteristics of large volume,complex linear shape,and close proximity to structural buildings.The significant impact of traditional fragmentation on surrounding structures and poor regeneration uniformity was solved.Based on the concept of environmental protection and resource recycling,the new crushing and petrochemical regeneration equipment and mechanism of regeneration water stabilization is carried out.The research results indicate that the newly developed XLZ2305C crushing and petrochemical regeneration equipment can achieve uniform crushing of old cement pavement.The regeneration mechanism and water stabilization process of old cement pavement has been proposed,and the application of the new crushing and petrochemical regeneration water stability project has been carried out based on the upgrading project.The quality of the recycled water stability base meets the standard requirements.The new type of crushing and petrochemical regeneration equipment has high regeneration efficiency and good quality of recycled water stabilized base,which has good prospects for promotion and application in general agricultural road maintenance projects.
