摘要
磷石膏的有效利用能很好地解决废弃物问题。本文通过试验研究的方法,对炉渣磷石膏稳定碎石的组成及性能进行研究。研究结果表明:当炉渣磷石膏中SO_(3)的含量为4%、塑料的含量为50%时,炉渣磷石膏稳定碎石性能较好;炉渣磷石膏稳定碎石的劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量、最大干缩应变及干缩抗裂系数均较普通的复合硅酸盐水泥更好。说明炉渣磷石膏稳定碎石的路用性能更好,是一种路用性能良好的基础材料。
The effective utilization of phosphogypsum can effectively solve the problem of waste.This article studies the composition and properties of slag phosphogypsum stabilized crushed stone through experimental research methods.The research results indicate that when the content of SO_(3)and plastic in slag phosphogypsum is 4%and 50%respectively,the slag phosphogypsum has better stable crushed stone performance.The spliting strength,compressive rebound modulus,maximum dry shrinkage strain,and dry shrinkage crack resistance coeficient of slag phosphogypsum stabilized crushed stone areall better than those of ordinary composite Porland cement.The slag phosphogypsum stabilized crushed stone has better road performance and is also a basic material with good road performance.
