摘要 为了提高矿石综合经济效益,开展了对青海某铅锌矿区表层剥离矿体为磁黄铁矿矿石的伴生金属元素综合回收试验研究工作,通过工艺矿物学分析了其伴生元素的主要赋存状态和赋存矿物与磁黄铁矿的伴生关系,确定了“原矿磨矿-磁选-磁选尾矿铅锌混合浮选”的原则工艺流程,在原矿含Pb 0.16%、Zn 0.51%的条件下,推荐工艺产出的铅锌混合精矿含Pb 13.01%、Zn 45.10%,达到了冶炼要求。通过初步经济效益分析,推荐工艺可有效提高矿山经济效益。 The surface-stripped ore body of one lead-zinc mining area in Qinghai is the pyrrhotite ore,the comprehensive recovery experimental study of associated metals of pyrrhotite ore was carried out to increase the comprehensive economic benefits of ore;Its main occurrence state and associated relationship of occurrence minerals and pyrrhotite were analyzed by process mineralogy,it is confirmed that:the principle process flow of"raw ore grinding-magnetic separation-lead and zinc bulk flotation from magnetic separation tailings",when the conditions are Pb content is 0.16%,Zn content is 0.51%in raw ore,in the lead and zinc blended concentrate produced by the recommended process,Pb content is 13.01%,Zn content is 45.10%,it can meet the smelting requirements.The recommended process can improve economic returns of mine through the preliminary economic benefit analysis.
