气体分布板对制粒流化床流化质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究制粒流化床工作中气体分布板结构参数对颗粒循环流动的影响,提出三型不同气体分布板的结构设计方法。采用欧拉-欧拉法,选用Hertz-Mindlin无滑移接触模型,运用CFD-DEM模拟方法对比分析不同分布板之间的性能差异,给出了三种不同开孔方式气体分布板下流化床内部颗粒的流化过程和颗粒的动力学特性。结果表明,布设分布板A与分布板B时,流化床内部产生不稳定的环流,颗粒围绕壁面做周期性的运动,床层膨胀高度较低,颗粒多聚集在内壁附近,不利于气固两相的混合。布设分布板C时,流化床内部形成对称环流,增强了气体对颗粒的流化作用,颗粒呈现循环运动,床层膨胀高度较高,气体与颗粒混合更加充分。 This paper presents an investigation of the influence of structural parameters of gas distribution plates on particle circulation at work of a granulation fluidized bed,and proposes three different structural designing methods for gas distribution plates.The study consists of employing Euler-Euler method and using Hertz-Mindlin no-slip contact model;utilizing CFD-DEM simulation method to compare the performance differences among different distribution plates;and revealing the fluidization process and dynamic characteristics behind particles in fluidized bed under the three types of gas distribution plates with different perforation.The results indicate that as installing the distribution plate A and distribution plate B,the unstable circulation is generated inside the fluidized bed,with particles exhibiting periodic motion around the wall surface,with low expansion height of the bed,with particles accumulating near the inner wall,as which is unfavorable for the mixing of gas and solid phases.As the distribution plate C installed,symmetrical circulation is formed inside the fluidized bed,with the effect of gas on particles enhanced,the particles exhibiting a circulating motion,the higher bed expansion height,and more efficient mixing of gas and particle.
