摘要
创业型大学追求知识进步和知识资本化的双重目标。从大学使命的角度,创业型大学延伸了大学的传统使命,将教学、研究和为经济社会发展做贡献三大使命融为一体并彼此加强。从大学组织变革和内外相互作用的角度,创业型大学的发展基于知识资本化的生产逻辑,是“主体性”与“嵌入性”相互促进的过程。由此提出创业型大学发展“知识积累”“知识交换”与“体系驱动”三个阶段。根据三阶段特征,文章分析了创业型大学发展的七个核心要素,包括锚定创业战略方向、加强学术生产能力、培育师生创业精神、完善技术转移机制、生成新的混成组织、促进大学产业互动、营造创业生态系统。
Entrepreneurial universities pursue the dual goals of knowledge advancement and knowledge capitalization.From the perspective of university mission,an entrepreneurial university extends the traditional missions,integrating teaching,research with contributing to economic and social development,and strengthening each other.From the perspective of university organizational change and internal and external interaction,the development of entrepreneurial university is based on the production logic of knowledge capitalization,and is the process of mutual promotion of"subjectivity"and"embeddedness".This paper puts forward the three stages of entrepreneurial university development:"knowledge accumulation","knowledge exchange"and"system driving".According to the characteristics of the three stages,the paper analyzes seven core elements of entrepreneurial university,including anchoring the strategic direction of entrepreneurship,strengthening the academic production capacity,cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of teachers and students,developing the technology transfer mechanism,generating new hybrid organizations,promoting the university-industry interaction,and building the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
