矿用永磁接触器PI恒流充电控制器设计

摘要 为提高永磁接触器中储能电容的使用寿命,进而保证矿井下永磁接触器工作的可靠性,提出了一种基于比例积分(PI)算法的储能电容恒流充电控制策略。通过MATLAB搭建PI恒流充电仿真模型,构建了以Buck电路为硬件结构基础的改进型PI恒流充电控制器仿真实验平台。仿真和实验结果表明,储能电容在所提的改进型PI控制器调控下实现了恒流充电,符合预期恒流充电设定的参考值,对于增强电路稳定性、延长储能电容使用寿命以及提高整体控制器智能化程度有着一定的实用意义。 To improve the service life of energy storage capacitors in permanent magnet contactors and ensure the reliability of permanent magnet contactors in mines,a constant current charging control strategy for energy storage capacitors based on the proportional integral(PI)algorithm is proposed.A PI constant current charging simulation model is built using MATLAB,and an improved PI constant current charging controller simulation experimental platform based on the Buck circuit hardware structure is constructed.The simulation and experimental results show that the energy storage capacitor can achieve constant current charging under the control of the proposed improved PI controller,which meets the expected reference value for constant current charging.It has practical significance for enhancing the circuit stability,extending the service life of the energy storage capacitor,and improving the overall intelligence of the controller.
