基于总线的船舶航行保障智能控制系统

摘要 当前船舶行业对自动化要求越来越高,多领域技术群体和交叉融合呈现增长趋势,船舶制造技术也正朝着数字化、网络化和智能化方向发展。为了保证船舶在航行和实际作业中的安全性、稳定性以及可靠性,针对船舶航行保障系统中各设备单元分散独立、智能化低和信息不共享等问题,对船舶驾驶室中航行保障控制系统进行研究与设计。该系统利用现场总线实现航行保障单元间的互联互通、协调工作,方便终端用户操作及监控,提高了船舶航行的可靠性。 The current shipping industry's requirements for automation are getting higher and higher,and technology groups and cross-integration of multiple fields show a growth trend.Ship manufacturing technology is also moving in the direction of digitalization,networking and intelligence.In order to ensure the safety,stability,and reliability of the ship in the navigation and actual operations,the problems such as decentralizing independence,low intelligence,and information of various equipment units in the navigation guarantee system of the ship,and the navigation guarantee control system in the ship wheel house research and design.The system uses the on-site bus to realize the interconnection and coordination of the navigation guarantee unit,which is convenient for end user operations and monitoring,and improves the reliability of ship navigation.
