摘要
目的 观察健脾补肾活血通络方辅治类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法 选取2019年9月—2021年4月北京市延庆区医院收治的RA患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以健脾补肾活血通络方治疗,2组均持续治疗1个月。比较2组治疗效果,关节功能(压痛关节数、肿胀关节数与关节疾病活动度评分)、相关实验室指标[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]及不良反应。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%(χ^(2)=6.667,P=0.010);治疗1个月后,2组压痛关节数、肿胀关节数与关节疾病活动度评分以及ESR、RF、CRP水平均较治疗前减少/降低,且观察组小于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(6.67%vs. 13.33%,χ^(2)=0.185,P=0.667)。结论 健脾补肾活血通络方辅治类风湿性关节炎的临床效果肯定,可显著改善患者关节功能,缓解炎性反应,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of invigorating spleen,nourishing kidney,activating blood circulation,and promoting meridian flow in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 60 RA patients admitted to Yanqing District Hospital in Beijing from September 2019 to April 2021 were selected.Using a random number table,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received the method of invigorating spleen,nourishing kidney,activating blood circulation,and promoting meridian flow in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Both groups underwent continuous treatment for one month.The therapeutic effects,joint function(tender joint count,swollen joint count,and disease activity score of joints),relevant laboratory indicators(ESR,RF,CRP),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall treatment effectiveness rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than the control group with 66.67%(χ^(2)=6.667,P=0.010).After one month of treatment,both groups showed a reduction or decrease in tender joint count,swollen joint count,disease activity score of joints,as well as ESR,RF,and CRP levels compared to before treatment,and the observation group had fewer or lower values than the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(6.67%vs.13.33%,χ^(2)=0.185,P=0.667).Conclusion The method of invigorating spleen,nourishing kidney,activating blood circulation,and promoting meridian flow has a positive clinical effect in the treatment of RA,significantly improving joint function,alleviating inflammatory reactions,and demonstrating high safety.
