基于AMESim的高速大流量电磁阀动态特性仿真研究

摘要 在对电磁阀的结构以及工作机理进行分析的基础之上,采用AMESim仿真软件建立电磁阀的动力学模型进行,进而研究出线圈驱动电压、匝数、主工作间隙、气源压力、活塞直径、排气阀座直径以及反力因素等对电磁阀响应特性的影响,从控制角度提出改善电磁阀动态特性的思路。 On the basis of the structure of the solenoid valve and the analysis of the working mechanism,the dynamic model of the solenoid valve is established by AMESim simulation software,and then the effects of the coil driving voltage,the number of turns,the main working gap,the pressure of the gas source,the piston diameter,the diameter of the exhaust valve seat,and the reaction force factors on the response characteristics of the solenoid valve are investigated,and the ideas for improving the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid valve are put forward from the control point of view.
