摘要
针对弧面分度凸轮机构模型及加工工艺进行研究,基于共轭曲面原理,运用齐次坐标变换方法建立圆柱滚子弧面分度凸轮廓面通用方程式,推导共轭方程式,求取共轭接触角,通过MATLAB软件编程计算轮廓面坐标点数据,然后导入NX 12.0软件中建立弧面分度凸轮三维模型,再进行弧面分度凸轮加工工艺分析及编程。VERICUT虚拟仿真加工结果表明,弧面分度凸轮加工精度满足预期要求。
Aiming at the modeling and processing technology of globoid indexing cam mechanism,based on the principle of conjugate surface,the general equation of cylindrical roller globoid indexing cam contour surface is established by using homogeneous coordinate transformation method,the conjugate equation is derived,the conjugate contact angle is obtained,and the coordinate point data of the contour surface is calculated by MATLAB software programming.The 3D model of globoid indexing cam is introduced into NX 12.0,and then the machining process analysis and programming of globoid indexing cam are carried out.The virtual machining simulation results show that the machining accuracy of globoid indexing cam meets the expected requirements.
