摘要
目的:探讨生命意义感对青少年非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的影响,检验抑郁情绪在两者间的中介作用以及自我接纳的调节效应。方法:采用生命意义感问卷、非自杀性自伤问卷、流调中心抑郁量表和自我接纳问卷对5014名13~22岁的青少年施测。结果:(1)生命意义感显著负向预测青少年NSSI(r=-0.23,P<0.001);(2)抑郁情绪在生命意义感与NSSI间起完全中介作用(β=0.31,t=36.25,P<0.001);(3)自我接纳在中介路径的前半段“生命意义感→NSSI”中起调节作用(β=0.01,t=2.10,P<0.05)。结论:生命意义感不仅可以直接预测非自杀性自伤,还会通过抑郁情绪对其产生间接影响,同时自我接纳对此中介路径(前半段)起调节作用。
Objective:To explore the effects of adolescents'sense of meaning in life on non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI),and to examine the mediating role of depression mood between the two and the moderating effect of self-acceptance.Methods:The Meaning in Life Questionnaire,the Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Questionnaire,the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,and the Self-Acceptance Questionnaire were administered to 5014 adolescents aged 13-22 years.Results:1Meaning in life significantly and negatively predicted adolescents'NSSI(r=-0.23,P<0.001);2Depression mood completely mediated the relationship between meaning in life and NSSI(β=0.31,t=36.25,P<0.001);③Self-acceptance mediated the first half of the pathway“meaning in life to NSSI”(β=0.01,t=2.10,P<0.05).Conclusion:Meaning in life not only directly predicts NSSI,but also indirectly influences it through depression mood,while self-acceptance moderates this mediating pathway(first half).
