摘要
教师社会地位的提升是当前政策、理论和实践中备受关注的问题,舆论支持是提升教师社会地位的重要途径。基于“议程设置”的理论视角,舆论支持的路径机制主要体现为观念宣传、现实批判和榜样建设三个方面。鉴于此,在实践当中可以通过创建多元协同媒体环境,提升教师舆论传播力度;通过优化舆情搜集与分析机制,积极予以教师权益政策回应;通过加强舆论危机治理能力,及时纾解教师负面压力。
teacher s social status improving is the current policy focus,and the problem in the theory and practice.Public opinion support is an important approach to improve teachers social status,whose main mechanism for the policy process to promote teachers to manifest the authority of teachers’present condition to maintain teachers basic rights and establish positive model in order to enhance teachers social image.In view of this,creating multiple collaborative media environment,improving mechanisms of public opinion collect and analysis,and strengthening the public opinion crisis management ability make the public opinion support for the teachers social status action possible.
