摘要
大则勒煤矿三采区胶带机大巷布置在13号煤层底板的软岩中,采用一台三一重工EBZ160半煤岩型综掘机施工。为解决通风、运料,需掘进联络巷连接胶带机大巷和单轨吊大巷。在联络巷转角开口位置,针对转角处综掘机直角转弯困难,综掘机转角后形成较大的抹角断面导致支护困难等问题,采用CAD绘图软件建模确定截割曲线、分次截割成巷的方法,解决了综掘机直角转弯的难题;采用工字钢抬棚加锚杆、锚索梁喷浆联合支护的方式,解决了联络巷交叉口处的支护难题。此次采用综掘机转角施工提高了施工效率。经过三个月的巷道变形位移量监测,监测结果显示巷道围岩形变与破坏控制在允许范围内。
The belt conveyor main roadway in the third mining area of Dazele Coal Mine is arranged in the soft rock of the No.13 coal seam floor,and is constructed using a Sanyi Heavy Industry EBZ160 semi coal rock type comprehensive excavator.To solve the problem of ventilation and material transportation,it is necessary to excavate the connecting roadway to connect the belt conveyor main roadway and the monorail crane main roadway.At the opening position of the connecting roadway corner,in view of the difficulty of the comprehensive excavator turning at right angles at the corner,and the formation of a large corner erasing cross section after the comprehensive excavator corner,which leads to support difficulties,and so on.A CAD drawing software is used to model and determine the cutting curve,and the method of dividing the cutting into roadways,which solves the difficult problem of the comprehensive excavator turning at right angles;The combined support method of I-beam lifting shed,anchor rod,anchor cable beam and shotcrete solves the support problem at the intersection of the connecting roadway.The use of a comprehensive excavator for corner construction improves construction efficiency.After three months of monitoring the deformation and displacement amount of the roadway,the monitoring results show that the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway are controlled within the allowable range.
