摘要
针对4311工作面受上覆不规则采空区的影响会出现应力集中造成的矿压显现问题,采用数值模拟的方法对工作面回采初始和回采期间的矿压分布特征及巷道支护进行了研究分析,得出回采初始期间工作面侧向支承压力约25~45 MPa,应力集中系数为1.6~3.0,回采期间工作面边界支承压力约30~60 MPa,应力集中系数为2~4。根据应力分布规律,确定巷道加强支护和分段支护实施方案。
Aiming at the problem of mine pressure manifestation caused by stress concentration in the 4311 working face due to the influence of overlying irregular goaf,a numerical simulation method is used to study and analyze the distribution characteristics of mine pressure and roadway support during the initial and intermediate stages of the working face mining.It is concluded that the lateral abutment pressure of the working face during the initial mining period is about 25-45 MPa,the stress concentration coefficient is 1.6-3.0,and the boundary abutment pressure of the working face during the mining period is about 30-60 MPa,the stress concentration coefficient is 2-4.Based on the stress distribution law,determine the implementation scheme for strengthening support and segmented support in the roadway.
