摘要
建立了地表水中丙烯酰胺的测定方法。将水样用0.22μm水系滤膜过滤后,直接上样进入液相色谱—三重四极杆质谱仪测定,并使用外标法进行定量分析。方法检出限为0.006μg/L,测定下限为0.024μg/L,实际样品加标回收率为90%~105%。本方法前处理快速简便,方法灵敏度高、环保高效,适合于地表水中丙烯酰胺的筛查与测定。
A method for the determination of acrylamide in surface water was established.The water samples were filtered with 0.22 μm aqueous filter,and then the samples were directly injected into triple quadrupole mass spectrometry for testing,and quantitative analysis was performed by using the external standard method.The limit of method detection was 0.006 μg/L,while the limit of quantitation was 0.024 μg/L.The recovery rate of practical sample ranged from 90% to 105%.It was an method with fast pre-processing,high sensitivity,environmental friendly and efficiency,which could be used for the screening and determination of acrylamide in surface water.
