纱罗织物三维几何模型的构建

摘要 为进一步提升纱罗组织模拟效果,提出一种纱罗织物三维几何模型。将纱组织及罗组织进行了结构分析,对绞组内的经纱及纬纱的空间几何关系进行了数学推导,并将其综合为纱罗组织的数学模型;在此基础上,提出经纱扭绞及纬纱阵列算法,计算经纬纱上每个型值点的三维坐标;最终通过样条曲线生成经纬纱的中心线轨迹,以复丝作为纱线模型,对纱罗组织进行了三维模拟。模拟效果表明:该模拟算法生成的纱罗组织结构准确,表层纱孔清晰,取得了预期效果。 In order to further improve the simulation effect of leno weave,a three-dimensional geometric model of leno fabric was proposed.The structure of yarn weave and gauze weave were analyzed,and the space geometry relationship between warp and weft in lene set was deduced mathematically,which was integrated into the mathematical model of leno weave.On this basis,the algorithm of warp twisting and weft array was proposed to calculate the three-dimensional coordinates of each type point on warp and weft.Finally,the centerline trajectory of warp and weft was generated by spline curve,and the three-dimensional of leno weave was simulated with multifilament as yarn model.The simulation results showed that the yarn structure generated by the simulation algorithm was accurate and the surface holes were clear and the expected results were achieved.
