摘要
发光量子产率是表征上转换性能的重要参数。常规相对法和绝对法在测量上转换发光量子产率时操作较为复杂,同时难以表征复杂样本原位的发光量子产率。由于在三重态-三重态湮灭上转换体系中,光敏剂下转换发光是单分子的过程,该下转换发光过程理论上对激发光强无依赖性。因而将下转换发光作为内标可以用于上转换发光样本原位上转换发光量子产率的计算。该方法成功用于除氧溶液上转换发光量子产率的即时测量,比绝对法的灵活性更高。与相对法相比,内标法还可用于固体样本的上转换发光量子产率测量。该方法将有望用于对各类上转换材料发光量子产率的便捷测量。
The luminescence quantum yield is an important parameter for evaluating upconversion performance.The relative and absolute methods usually operated complicatedly,and cannot measure the in-situ luminescence quantum yield of specific samples.Since the down-conversion luminescence of photosensitizer which in the triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion system is a single-molecule process,the down-conversion luminescence is not dependent on the excitation light intensity theoretically.Thus,the down-conversion luminescence can be used as an internal standard to calculate the in-situ upconversion luminescence quantum yield of the same sample.The method is more flexible than the absolute method,and is successfully used to measure the upconversion luminescence quantum yield of desecrated solution immediately.Comparing with the relative method,internal standard method can measure the upconversion luminescence quantum yield of solid samples.The method would be used to measure the luminescence quantum yields of various upconversion materials conveniently.
