氧气反应模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高盐基体食品中总砷含量

Determination of Total Arsenic in High Salt Base Foods by Oxygen Reaction Mode Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了氧气反应模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高盐基体食品中总砷含量的分析方法。采用微波消解法对腌腊肉、酱油、蚝油进行微波消解,于180℃赶酸至1 mL,定容至50 mL,采用氧气作为反应气体,以75As16O作为质量数检测,用ICP-MS测定上述样品中总砷的含量。本方法在0.5~100μg/L浓度范围线性关系良好,线性相关系数(r^(2))大于0.9999;蚝油、腌腊肉检出限为0.00091 mg/kg;酱油检出限为0.00046 mg/kg;加标回收率为93.4%~104.1%,精密度为0.4%~3.6%。应用本法对大米中总砷质控样(CFAPA-QC660A-8)进行了测定,结果符合给定的标准值。该方法能有效消除40Ar35Cl对75As的干扰,提高了检测的灵敏度,并确保了检测结果的准确性,具有灵敏度高,准确性好,线性范围广,检出限低,快速简便等优点。 An analytical method was established for the determination of total arsenic in high-salt base foods by oxygen reaction mode-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The cured meat,soy sauce and oyster sauce were digested by microwave digestion method.The acid was driven to 1 mL at 180℃,and the volume was fixed to 50 mL.Oxygen was used as the reaction gas,and 75 As 16 O was used as the monitoring mass for detection.The content of total arsenic in the above samples was determined by ICP-MS.The linear range of this method for determination of As is between 0.5 and 100μg/L.The linear relationship is good,and the linear correlation coefficient(r^(2))is 0.999997;The detection limit of As in oyster sauce and cured meat is 0.00091 mg/kg;and is 0.00046 mg/kg in soy sauce;The recovery of standard addition is 93.4%-104.1%,and the precision is 0.4%-3.6%.The method was applied to determine the total arsenic in the rice quality control sample(CFAPA-QC660A-8),and the result was in line with the given standard value.This method can effectively eliminate the interference of 40 Ar 35 Cl on 75 As,improve the sensitivity of detection,and ensure the accuracy of detection results.It has the advantages of high sensitivity,good accuracy,wide linear range,low detection limit,fast speed and simplicity.
