摘要
与传统的国标检测方法相比,酶联免疫吸附作为一种快速检测技术,具有高通量、低成本、上手快等优势,被广泛应用于食品安全检测。本文主要探讨酶联免疫吸附技术在易发生食品安全问题的肉制品检测中的研究进展,以期为该技术的发展提供一些思路。
Compared with the traditional national standard detection methods,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,as a rapid detection technology,has the advantages of high throughput,low cost and quick start,and is widely used in food safety detection.This paper mainly discusses the research progress of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the detection of meat products prone to food safety problems,in order to provide some ideas for the development of this technology.
