摘要
目的:探讨信任建立联合儿童医疗辅导护理干预在支气管哮喘患儿中的效果。方法:选取医院呼吸科收治的168例支气管哮喘患儿,对照组83例患儿,实施常规护理;观察组85例惠儿,在常规护理基础上实施儿童医疗辅导护理干预联合信任建立。比较两组患儿的治疗配合程度、主要体征、症状消失时间、住院时间和家长满意度差异。结果:观察组中83例(97.65%)患儿依从性高,对照组中71例(85.54%)患儿依从性高;观察组患儿气促、喘息、咳嗽症状消失时间与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患儿平均住院时间短于对照组,观察组患儿家长满意度平均得分高于对照组,两组差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:信任建立联合儿童医疗辅导护理干预应用于支气管哮喘惠儿中,可以提高惠儿及其家长的遵医性行为,改善惠儿气促、咳嗽和喘息等一系列临床症状,缩短住院时间,满足患儿家长就医感受。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of trust-building combined with medical counseling in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 168 children with bronchial asthma who were from the Respiratory Department of Hospital,which were divided into 85 cases in observation group and 83 cases in control group according to different intervention methods.The control group implemented the traditional health education mode,while the observation group added intervention of trust-building combined with the medical counseling.The treatment compliance,disappearance time of the major symptoms and sign,length of hospital stay and parental satisfaction were compared.Results:In the observation group,83 patients had good compliance(97.65%)and the control group was 71(85.54%).The mean score of parents in the observation group was higher than the control group and the symptoms of shortness of breath,wheezing and cough disappeared earlier than that of the control group.The mean length of stay was shorter than the control group and it was significantly compared(P<0.001).Conclusion:The intervention in bronchial asthma children based on trust-building intervention combined with medical counseling can improve the treatment compliance,relieve the clinical symptoms of wheezing,cough and shortness breath,shorten the hospital stay,improve parents'satisfaction,and make the relationship between nurses and patients more harmonious.
