330MW机组高压调节汽阀故障原因分析与处理

摘要 某电厂#1机组为东方汽轮机有限公司生产的330MW亚临界湿冷机组,在机组运行中相继发生高压调节汽阀脱落和卡涩故障。高压调节汽阀的脱落故障,造成机组负荷大幅波动;高压调节汽阀卡涩故障,造成机组存在超速风险,均严重威胁机组的运行安全。故障发生后进行初步故障诊断和原因分析,利用机组临修机会,对故障设备进行解体检查,发现高压调节汽阀十字头与锥套连接螺栓脱落和断裂,十字头与锥套出现脱离致使阀芯脱落故障,脱落的螺栓也造成高压调节汽阀的卡涩,采取更换十字头、锥套、连接螺栓和防转垫片,螺栓数量由6颗增加至10颗等处理措施,防止十字头与锥套连接螺栓脱落和断裂,保证高压调节汽阀的动作可靠,保障机组的运行安全。 Unit#1 of a power plant is a 330 MW sub-critical wet cooling unit produced by Dongfang Steam Turbine Co.,LTD.In the operation of the unit,high-pressure regulating steam valve has been broken off and stuck.The failure of the high-pressure regulating steam valve causes the load of the unit to fluctuate greatly;The high pressure regulating steam valve jam failure causes the unit to have the risk of overspeed,which seriously threatens the operation safety of the unit.After the failure occurred,the initial fault diagnosis and cause analysis were carried out,and the unit was used for temporary repair to disassemble the faulty equipment.It was found that the connection bolts between the cross head and the cone sleeve of the high-pressure regulating steam valve fell off and broke,the cross head and the cone sleeve were separated,causing the valve core to fall off,and the falling bolts also caused the jammed high-pressure regulating steam valve.Replace crosshead,cone sleeve,connecting bolt and anti-turning gasket;The number of bolts increased from 6 to 10 and other treatment measures to prevent the cross head and cone sleeve connection bolts from falling off and breaking,to ensure the reliable operation of the high-pressure regulating steam valve,and to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
