摘要
甘肃某铁尾矿库尾矿量约5000万t,为了消除该尾矿对当地生态环境的潜在危害,并寻求综合利用该资源,进行了代表性样品的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,该尾矿的潜在有价矿物为黄铁矿和褐铁矿,含量分别为9.25%和5.89%;主要脉石矿物为石英,其次为绿泥石、绢云母,含量分别为59.49%、12.72%、5.93%。黄铁矿粒度较粗,单体解离度较高,可考虑进行回收利用;褐铁矿粒度较细,单体解离度较低,回收利用困难。根据该铁尾矿的工艺矿物学特性,并参考前人的研究成果,提出了重选-浮选联合工艺回收黄铁矿,回收后的尾砂作为建材原料进行大规模消纳的综合利用思路,作为建材原料的具体应用工艺及效果将通过后续试验研究确定。
The amount of tailings in an iron tailings pond of Gansu is about 50 million tons.In order to eliminate the potential harm of the tailings to the local ecological environment and seek comprehensive utilization of the resources,the process mineralogy of representative samples was studied.The results show that the potential valuable minerals of the tailings are pyrite and limonite,with the contents of 9.25%and 5.89%,respectively.The main gangue minerals are quartz,followed by chlorite and sericite,with contents of 59.49%,12.72%and 5.93%,respectively.Pyrite has coarse grain size and high monomer dissociation degree,which can be considered for recycling.The particle size of limonite is fine,the degree of monomer dissociation is low,and it is difficult to recycle.According to the process mineralogical characteristics of the iron tailings and the previous research results,a comprehensive utilization idea of recovering pyrite by gravity separation-flotation combined process and using the recovered tailings as building materials for large-scale consumption is proposed.The specific application process and effect of building materials will be determined through follow-up experimental research.
