摘要
“双师型”教师队伍是我国职业教育高质量发展的重要支撑。通过分析高职院校医药类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题,阐释产教融合背景下“双师型”教师队伍建设的优势,提出高职院校医药类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设路径。
The"dual teacher"teaching team is an important support for the high-quality development of vocational education in China.By analyzing the problems in the construction of the"double qualified"teaching team for pharmaceutical majors in vocational colleges,this paper explains the advantages of the construction of the"double qualified"teaching team under the background of industry education integration,and proposes the path for the construction of the"double qualified"teaching team for pharmaceutical majors in vocational colleges.
