摘要
目的探讨微格教学法结合迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)评分量表在造口专科护士教学门诊中的应用效果。方法从中国医科大学附属盛京医院选取40名参加造口专科培训的护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20人。对照组采用传统教学方式进行临床教学,观察组在此基础上参加采用微格教学法的教学门诊培训。培训前后使用Mini-CEX评分量表对两组进行测评,了解其在临床技能和知识方面的表现。对观察组进行问卷调查,了解其教学满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组Mini-CEX评分量表各项成绩均显著提高,教学满意度也较培训前有所提高。结论微格教学法结合Mini-CEX评分量表在造口专科护士教学门诊中的应用能够有效提高护士综合能力,激发其学习兴趣,为护士教育提供有益指导,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of microteaching method combined with Mini-Clinical Exercise Evaluation(Mini-CEX)Scoring Scale in the teaching outpatient department of stomatological nurses.Methods 40 nurses who participated in stoma training at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 people in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods for clinical teaching,while the observation group participated in outpatient training used microteaching methods.Before and after the training,the Mini-CEX Rating Scale was used to evaluate their performance in clinical skills and knowledge.Conducted a questionnaire survey on the observation group to learn their teaching satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a significant improvement in all aspects of the Mini-CEX Scoring Scale,and teaching satisfaction was also improved compared to before the training.Conclusion The application of micro teaching method combined with Mini-CEX Scoring Scale in the teaching outpatient department of stomatologicaly nurses can effectively improve their comprehensive abilities,stimulate their learning interest,and provide beneficial guidance for nurse education,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
