湿法预处理-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定低冰镍的金、银、铂、钯含量

摘要 本试验采用硝酸和硫酸进行预处理,去除低冰镍中的铜、镍等元素,再使用火试金法富集低冰镍中的贵金属并去除杂质,之后采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定金、银、铂和钯的含量。试验结果表明,该方法可以获得较低的检出限和较宽的检测范围,铜在预处理中已经去除,减少氧化铅的用量,同时实现多种元素的检测,满足大称样量的检出要求。 In this experiment,nitric acid and sulfuric acid are used for pretreatment to remove elements such as copper and nickel from low-nickel matte,then the precious metals in low-nickel matte are enriched and impurities are removed by using the fire assay method,subsequently,the contents of gold,silver,platinum,and palladium are determined by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).The experimental results show that this method can achieve a lower detection limit and a wider detection range,and copper has been removed in the pretreatment,reducing the use of lead oxide and achieving the detection of multiple elements,meeting the detection requirements for large sample sizes.
