摘要
印染纺织行业在我国经济发展中占据十分重要的地位,在带来经济效益的同时,也会带来环境污染。根据生产工艺可知,印染纺织行业生产过程会产生烧毛废气、印花废气和定型废气。其中,烧毛废气的主要污染因子为SO_(2)、氮氧化物(NO_(x))和颗粒物,可利用水喷淋防火除尘装置处理达标后排放;印花废气和定型废气的主要污染因子为有机废气和颗粒物,可利用“热能回收+水喷淋+湿式高压静电”组合工艺处理达标后排放。
The printing and dyeing textile industry plays a very important role in China's economic development,while it brings economic benefits,it also brings environmental pollution.According to the production process,it is known that the production process of the printing and dyeing textile industry generates waste gas from singeing,printing,and shaping.Among them,the main pollution factors of singeing waste gas are SO_(2),nitrogen oxides(NO_(x)),and particulate matter,which can be treated with water spray fire and dust removal devices before being discharged after meeting the standards;the main pollution factors of printing waste gas and shaping waste gas are organic waste gas and particulate matter,which can be treated with a combination process of"heat energy recovery+water spray+wet high-pressure electrostatic discharge"to meet the standards before being discharged.
