摘要
构建和完善高职院校教师权益诉求机制对于深化职业教育“三教”改革,以及助推现代职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。然而,部分高职院校在教师权益诉求机制的构建与完善方面依然存在缺乏畅通的诉求渠道、有效的维权机制、明确的权益保障以及参与决策的机会等问题。文章通过调查问卷的方法,收集了教师群体对于现有权益诉求机制的看法和建议,基于高职院校的特点,通过构建和完善畅通的诉求表达机制、及时的诉求响应机制、有效的诉求保障机制以及积极的诉求参与机制,为高职院校教师权益诉求机制提供借鉴。
It is of great significance to construct and improve the rights and interests appeal mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges for deepening the reform of“three educations”in vocational education and promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education.However,there are still some problems in the construction and improvement of teachers’rights and interests appeal mechanism in some higher vocational colleges.For example,the lack of smooth appeal channels,effective rights protection mechanism,clear rights and interests’protection,and opportunities for teachers to participate in decision-making.This study collected teachers’opinions and suggestions on the existing rights and interests appeal mechanism through questionnaires,and provided references for the rights and interests appeal mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges by constructing and improving the smooth appeal expression mechanism,timely response mechanism,effective appeal guarantee mechanism and active appeal participation mechanism based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
